Shipping & Returns

As a Grow Dutch customer, you have the right to return your order to us up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. To indicate that you want to return your order, send an email to [email protected]. Once your return has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to return the order. You have to bear the costs for the return label yourself, you will receive this as part of the return process.

If you wish to exercise this right, you will – if possible – return your order in its original condition and packaging. If we have received the order in good condition, we will process the requested refund method (credit, money back or product exchange) within 14 days.

If possible, please return products in their original condition (unused & original packaging including any plastic cover).

Products must be shipped in an outer carton to prevent damage to the packaging upon delivery. The return label received must be used for shipping.

If the product is damaged or the product is incomplete, unfortunately we cannot refund the full amount, depreciation will be charged.

All products offered by Grow Dutch are subject to the warranties of the manufacturer of the items. The guarantee is only valid if an original purchase invoice can be presented. If products are delivered with defects or damage, this must be reported to Grow Dutch within 3 working days of delivery.

Unless there is gross negligence or negligence, Grow Dutch is not liable for consequential damage and/or damage (caused, among other things, by improper use) or defective items. Grow Dutch is not liable for any damage resulting from the website being inaccessible and/or unavailable for orders. The buyer is responsible for the selection, use and application of the items ordered from Grow Dutch. Grow Dutch will provide as much product information as is reasonably possible for the benefit of the Agreement.
